Latta High School was selected by U.S. News and World Report as one of "America's Best High Schools" for the 3rd year in a row. This means that LHS is in the top ten percent of high schools in the nation. Latta High School is one of only 19 schools in South Carolina to earn this distinction. Nineteen other S.C. High Schools made the list this year and the selection was made by using data from more than 21,000 public high schools across the country.
